This beautiful split-level home is clean, comfortable and waiting for your family's arrival. Our home boasts it's 90's charm with a modern touch. The house is sitting on a corner lot with plenty of room for you to stretch out. Relax in one of the 3 spacious bedrooms or enjoy peace and quiet on the newly renovated deck. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. Complementary items are provided for the first 2 days of your stay :) Our home has 3 spacious bedrooms, a sunken living room, eat in kitchen, office/den and 3 full bathrooms. There is a room off of the kitchen that is under construction and that door will remain locked. The garage is also locked and not a part of the rental. *The Living Room* There is a L shaped sofa with chaise longue and 50 inch smart TV to watch all of your favorites including Hulu and Netflix. *The office/den* There is a work area including an executive desk and wireless printer. (Ink and paper available upon request) There is also a full bathroom with stand up shower. * Bedroom 1* The primary bedroom has a pillow top king-sized bed and en suite bathroom w/ stand up shower. 47 inch Vizio TV w/ Roku streaming device. *Bedroom 2* A secondary bedroom with 2 twin beds, perfect for the little ones or two individuals looking to sleep separately. 32 inch Smart TV in this bedroom. *Bedroom 3* Another secondary bedroom with a memory foam queen-sized matress and walk in closet. NO TV in this bedroom. *Hallway Bathroom* Full bathroom with shower/tub combo. *Laundry Area* Full size washer and dryer (This is an unfinished area attached to the den/office area) Guests will have access to the entire home except for a room off of the kitchen and the garage. Both of those areas will remain locked. We live across the street and are available by phone, text, and/or Airbnb messaging from 9 am-10 pm for all non-emergencies and/or questions. Our home is very close to a host of restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and gyms. There is a walking trail right outside of the neighborhood. ~ 22 minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson Airport ~ 30 minutes from the City of Atlanta ~ 13 minutes from Atlanta Motor Speedway Our home is very close to Tara Blvd (Highway 19/41) Public transportation runs on this road. I would highly recommend having a car or utilizing ride share options like uber and lyft. We also have vehicles for rent, please inquire if you are interested in renting our vehicle while staying in our home. *This vehicle is based upon availability * We also offer pick up/drop off service for check in or check out if you do not have a ride. **Additional fees apply** Unplugging or tampering with our alarm system and/or cameras will terminate the reservation WITHOUT refund. ‼️ Only registered guests permitted on property for safety and liability. (If you book for 2 people, only those 2 people allowed in the home) ‼️ If there are any unregistered guests found on property, the entire reservation will be canceled and everyone will he asked to leave WITHOUT refund. ‼️We DO NOT have self check in. We meet and greet all guests at the time of check-in. We also verify ID‼️ Our home is older and has a lot of 90's originals, if you are looking for the Four Seasons, please DO NOT book! It's Georgia and we have a few trees in our yard so an insect or two may sneak in. We do exterminate regularly but if this will bother you, please DO NOT book! Complimentary items such as toilet paper, paper towel, soap, coffee, are provided for the first two days of your stay. There is a super Walmart 7 minutes away for your shopping convenience.
