It has an industrial loft kind of vibe. The basement used to be a yoga studio and is now offered as an add on party room for a base price of $150.00 additiona. Guests have access to the apartment. There is one closet that is locked and contains supplies and tools. The basement is available as a party-room for an additional $150.00 base price. Located in downtown Ishpeming, this apartment is steps away from snowmobile trails, hiking and biking trails, Congress Pizza, The Rainbow Bar (dogs welcomed on leash), Cognition Brewery (dogs welcomed on leash) Mama Mias Italian Restaurant, Brogey’s Tavern (check their website for entertainment/comedy), Venice Super Club, Royal Bar, Paradise Bar, Bucks Restaurant (breakfast lunch and dinner), antique shops, the Yooper Goddess store and more!! Also home to US Ski Hall of Fame and Cliffs Mining Museum. Short drive to Country Village shopping area and Jasper Ridge Brewery and Al Quaal Recreation area. If by snowmobile, you can park in our area but we are across the street from trail and public snowmobile parking area. If you need transportation during your stay, please reach out to us with specifics and we will help you book something. Snowstorms do happen in the Upper Peninsula. If one occurs during your stay, we will do our best to get you cleaned out and on your way. Please note that this may delay your departure. The Upper Peninsula is a rugged area. Some area do not have cell coverage or access to WiFi (no gps). Please don’t venture out into the wilderness without telling a friend or family member your plans and having a plan to contact that person again by a certain time. Lake Superior is incredible! It also can be treacherous. Avoid walking on break walls or rocks if waves are high or have the potential to rise up and swoop you or your pet or child in. Also be wary of swimming conditions and rip tides.
