An end unit 3-level townhome, spotless apartment is in the lower level w/private entrance. Lots of selections in restaurants, shopping. Smoke-Free, no drugs and no parties! Good size bedroom features Queen-size bed (Essentia Organic mattress). Comfortable space electric fireplace in living area and bedroom. Nice comfortable space for one or two adults. Same guests must stay in apartment. No different guests from night to night, please. Nice community with plenty of places to walk, jog, etc. Lots of trees/greenspace!! The apartment is located on the lower -level of an end unit townhome. There are no shared areas. This is a Private Apartment. Will consider a long-term and/or a full-time tenant. Key to slider upon arrival. Parking just off entrance to apartment. If anything is needed I can be available by calling me on my cell phone. A clean, comfortable, safe location. NOTE: Please no parties, large gatherings, loud music!. This is a family oriented neighborhood. The Crofton Parkway is 2 blocks away, a great place to walk, jog, approx 4 miles. Lots of shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, etc... Lots of trees and green space. Some Restaurants within walking distance. Walking, biking, jogging. Lots of restaurant selections, shopping, etc. Wegmans, Food Lion, parks, places to ride bikes, etc. No smoking on or around premise. If you smoke go down the block to smoke. No pets. Also, since so many guests have lost the key to the apartment there will be a $4.50 charge for each key lost . This is not an kid/child friendly apartment, thank you.
