Cozy private bedroom with private bath

This is a very simple place, just very COVID clean! safe environment. I just moved in here after a long illness last year, so I am just settling in this new place and have very few things, it looks quite empty. It will get better... However, please do not expect a place 100 % neat as in a decoration magazine...I am clean...but NOT neat, I hate those places that look like nobody lives there, I need a lively space around me...on top of that. I just moved in... it is a two bedroom two bathroom place, I share this with my 12 month puppy dog! who is still crazy, will jump on you, etc...but she is being trained and improve soon! Clean, very , very clean , but NOT neat, I still have my PC on top of the dining table and the printer on top of one of the side tables in the living room...because I still do not have a desk for my bedroom, some things that I have bought have been arriving and some of them are in the living room until I make place...the tiny patio has become my tools and materials storage place because I do not have other (Website hidden by Airbnb) if you need to do laundry , washer and dryer are in this patio so you will have to forget the mess and just do your laundry which , by the way, is not recommended due to COVID...but..you are welcome to do laundry if you need to. Kitchen...not messy for my standards but apparently messy for some of my guests standards! well, again, I can't live in a space that looks like a dead photograph, I simply can't...so, if you are not used to share a space with pets and want a neat freak area, you will not feel comfortable here! just to let you know, as guests insist to evaluate my place for all those common areas that I should not allow them in due to COVID. so remember, the space I offer is a private bedroom. and a private bath, and those are immaculate clean and incredibly neat ...the rest is my space...you are welcome to share it but if the messy areas bother you, then you rather not! the entire place is COVID CLEAN, that is for sure! Guests can use kitchen, living room, laundry inside premises. I am here, working from home most of the time and will be happy to help! you can also text me! we are close to everything, grocery store, restaurants, etc. If you are a nature lover, there are the best hicking trails very nearby. You will love the area! I am available for directions at any time! moving around needs either a car or Lyft or Uber. No public transportation in this area! masks must be on when walking through the complex access paths. i have an old dog! he is deaf ans blind, totally friendly.
