The completely remodeled Mid Century Modern home sits atop one of the highest hills in Licking County with peak-a-boo views of Buckeye Lake. Two newly added decks offer an expansive look down on 20 acres which would be yours to explore. Our space is designed to be accommodating to couples, groups or families. We are happy to work with you to make it meet your specific needs. There are two separate living rooms, one of which includes a large fully stocked kitchen including place settings and flatware for 16. Refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer all included. There is one true master bedroom with an attached bath. 2 bedrooms share a full bath with a bathtub with access from the hallway, and the smallest bedroom has a full bathroom open to the common area. The original house was built in the 1950's and retains much of the original character and quirks. Our favorite space is the step down fireplace room complete with copper fireplace. The fireplace is currently not operational. There is a foosball table, board games and plenty of room to spread out. I live nearby and can be available for anything you might need throughout your stay. Don't see something you need? Just ask. Located in the area toward the southeast end of Buckeye Lake. This is not a waterfront property and has more of a MCM cabin on a hill vibe. While the landscaping may be rugged, the natural beauty of the property more than makes up for it. The house sits up on a steep hill and it may be difficult for someone with accessibility issues to walk up the front walk. Ask about the backdoor with easier entry. A large (50ft) illuminated cross sits on the back of the property. During the day, you would hardly notice it, but at night it illuminates the property.
