Private, secure room & bathroom near Fairchild AFB

Room with private bath, exclusively for guests. Five minutes to Fairchild AFB or Medical Lake for groceries or gas. Mini goats on-site, behind the garage. Hosts available for questions but respect your space. Plenty of parking, no stairs! Keypad entry. Close to the airport. We do have trains nearby but neighbors are quiet and respectful. Excellent view for plane watchers. Clean sheets, sparkling bathroom, UV air purifier, personal AC and heat. Absolutely no smoking on the property. Enjoy a private entrance for your convenience. Excellent for layovers, late arrivals. We have ten acres so there's plenty of space for guests to walk around. Lovely sunsets. We have plenty of parking to accommodate a truck and trailer. Traveling with livestock? Consider us. We don't have corrals, but there's lots of water and space to exercise your horses. In consideration for guests with allergies, our dogs are never allowed in the room. We use allergy friendly cleaners, and never any scented products. We also have top notch air filtration. Guests can use their room, the covered front porch, parking area and are welcome to walk the property. Mad for gardening? Guests are welcome to help in the garden. Car need washed? There's a spot for that, too. There are no designated smoking areas, as we live in a high fire hazard area. I work at home, so I'm available if you have questions. No smoking is allowed on the property. Even if you smoke outside, the air system fills the house with smoke on clothing. It gets very strong and requires deep cleaning for the next guest. Our place is a former farm, so until the new trees grow up, there's an excellent view. It's a very safe neighborhood, and both Amazon and Walmart deliver. We have plenty of parking, but we're not near a bus stop. Uber is your best bet. There's a marked electric net fence around the goats. We recommend not touching it. Amazon and Walmart deliver here. Garbage can is on the side of the garage, out of sight. Wednesdays are trash days. Closest Laundry: 24 HR Laundry, Highway 2 and Garfield, Airway Heights, WA We have a backup generator in case of power outages. Sheets, towels, bath mats and coffee mugs are washed between guests, no exceptions. Coffee, filters and utensils are in a box in the fridge.
