This brand new home is a quick 15 minute ride to Downtown Athens, easy access to Hwy 316, and sits right off of the Atlanta Hwy. It has street and 2 car garage parking for great parking areas to get in and out quickly. A community pool is also available for you to relax in! This home is close to any restaurants or shopping areas you would need for your visit. It is the perfect spot for a family visit, business trip, romantic get away, or just coming in for gamedays! This brand new home has beautiful wood floors, custom cabinetry, granite countertops, 9 foot ceilings, and large bathrooms. A large laundry room makes doing laundry and preparing for nights out easy for everybody. The bedrooms have lush luxury mattresses and fine bedding for the ultimate comfort. Stainless steel appliances and a large kitchen island make preparing meals an option for guest wanting to stay in. **The pool we have access to is a community pool that is shared.** Guest will have access to an electronic lock that relieves the hassle of keeping up with keys. The door code is changed and automated after each guest to ensure safety for all who stay. Myself or the co-host are always available to answer any questions, give recommendations, and help with arranging check in and travel plans. We try to give our guest complete privacy but still be available whenever needed.
