Close to both hospitals. Quiet neighborhood. We do have 2 cats that are not allowed downstairs. Gym in garage. Own entrance to a Private living room, bedroom and private bath with most amenities needed. You have the entire lower level to yourself. You may use the washer and dryer in the garage.
