Just over a mile away from the world-famous Bucksnort Saloon. Wind down enjoying a glass of wine or Colorado greenery and watch the stars from the deck. - Completely private basement guest suite, with separate entrance, full kitchen, shower, and private washer and dryer. - 1 Bedroom with King Size Bed, Dresser, and Walk-In Closet - Stellar views and 3 shared seating areas / access to deck - Fast WIFI, but limited to no cell service. - TV w/ Amazon Fire Stick - Dog friendly: dog bed and bowls in unit. - Dog sitting and walking available upon request for an additional charge, if you want to play outside all day and not worry about your pooch. - 420 Friendly (outside). - Grill on deck available for use. - Indoor bike storage available. - Home gym in garage available for use upon request. - 1 dog living in upstairs unit. Can keep him out of your way or can be available, if you need some pup love. There's plenty of room for guest parking. There are 2 spots in front of the unit, and more spots available upon request. We live in the private upstairs unit, but love sharing our amazing deck with others. We have one dog, Bo, living upstairs with us as well who would love to say hi, or can be kept totally out of your way, if you prefer. We'll be available with quick action if you need anything at all! This is a quiet old neighborhood ideal for those seeking a peaceful getaway and good home base for adventures. The house is surrounded by mostly family summer cabins. If you're looking to have a loud party, this is not the place for you. Walk down to the Pine Emporium or the library on the weekends. Minutes away from Zoka's restaurant, 4 minutes from Pine Valley Ranch Park, and just a mile down the road from the famous Bucksnort Saloon! The neighborhood is dirt road access. If booking in the winter, an AWD vehicle is recommended.
