Comfortable Room Close to Hospitals/Rutgers/NYC
Comfortable bedroom for one person only, no visitors please (COVID-19). This room is perfect for remote workers and students, and it's within walking distance to St. Peter's University Hospital, Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, Rutgers University main campus (College Ave.), New Brunswick train station and bus stop to New York City. Also close to Johnson & Johnson and other pharmaceutical companies, downtown New Brunswick, restaurants and stores. Free off-street parking available. The bedroom is great for one person enjoying a Queen-size bed. There is a desk for your convenience. One of the bathrooms is on the same floor. There are 7 steps to enter the house. -Shared spaces: kitchen and dining area, living room, laundry area, bathrooms, parking. -You can park in the property. -Bring your own food to do some cooking (use of existent spices and cooking oil allowed). -Please pick up after yourself and keep shared spaces clean. I will be out of your way and let you be, but you can always contact me if you need anything! New Brunswick is basically a college town and the neighborhood reflects that. It is safe, it is friendly, and like with any other city in the United States, it is diverse. Restaurants, stores, pharmacies and hospitals are within a 5 block radius. The New Brunswick train station and bus stop to New York are 7 blocks from the location. There are two Taxicab stands next to the train station, and you can also use Lyft or other taxi apps. Rutgers University has buses connecting its campuses in the area, and the City of New Brunswick also offers bus service to some areas like this one. Flexible check-in and check-out, but preferably 6:00 PM and 12:00 PM respectively. Please No smoking inside the house.
