Hagerman Cottage

Our comfortable getaway, the Hagerman Cottage, built in 2020 is located in town, walking distance to great food, grocery store, national park visitor center and the park. Only 5 minutes to the river and a less than 10 minutes to multiple hot springs. There is plenty of parking on site, a nicely landscaped grassy yard, patio and bbq to enjoy the weather. Need someplace for more than 6-8 people? We offer the Hagerman Bungalow and Hagerman Cottage that are located right next door to one another. Each home can sleep up to 8 people. We love our pets, but we do require a $20 pet fee per reservation for the added clean up that comes along with pets. This will be added to your reservation. Please review our house manual for further pet information. When booking more than 6 people we will provide sleeping pads with full sets of linens. The Cottage is fully equipped to host you and your family for a comfortable stay in the Hagerman Valley! Whether you are just passing through or visiting for enjoyable outdoor activities available in the area, the cottage will make you feel like home away from home! Access your Hulu or Netflix accounts on the TV, board games, gas fireplace all for your comfort. Master bedroom and bathroom plus a half bath on the main floor, 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. There is a gas bbq in the backyard. A large concrete driveway and gravel parking in front of the house are available for parking large vehicles. You have access to the entire house, with ample parking out front. There is washer and dryer along with detergent for your use in the house. We have all your necessary appliances in the kitchen, along with coffee, cream and sugar; oil and spices. We welcome pets, but ask that they stay off the furniture and that you pick up after them in the yard. We even have food/water dishes for their use as well. During the garden season you are welcome to the fruit trees and garden produce in the back yard. We provide contactless check in and check out, but I do love to hear when you've made it to know everything is what you expected, plus a heads up when you leave is nice to know. We do like to visit and provide local tips if we happen to be next door. This is our getaway, we live about an hour away, but I am just a phone call or text away. Please let me know if there's anything you need. Our housekeeper is local and able to assist when needed. Our neighborhood is classic 'small town Idaho'. We own the property next door and also an orchard down the road. The neighbors all look out for each other, don't be surprised by hellos and waving. The local BBQ joint, Bullzzeye BBQ, is owned by a childhood friend and he loves sharing with us when our guests visit his restaurant. You'll also enjoy Firepie Pizza on weekends and Los Potrillos mexican food in town. Hagerman has no public transportation... but you can easily walk from one end of town to the other. There is even a brand new bike path that starts at the city park on the north end of town and goes toward Billingsley Creek. If you are staying on Wednesday - Thursday, please roll the garbage can to the curb on Wednesday evening, they come through on Thursday mornings... and roll back to the garage if you're still there.
