In Ottawa, near STARVED ROCK State Park. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home has Two GAME ROOM areas with many games and activities ! We hope your ‘FUN ESCAPE’ experience will leave you with many fond memories to visit us again. Eight (8) guests maximum allowed and all guests must be in reservation. No other unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The patio, front and side yard are open until 9 pm. Host is a Real estate agent, notice of no agency relationship to guests or tenants. Arcade, ping pong, foosball, table top bowling/shuffle board games, 20 board games. Second game room with basketball, air hockey, life size scrabble, some arcade games. “Friends” setting photo booth fun to capture some fun memories. Patio is nice off dining sunroom area. Entire house and patio for use. Front and side yard use only for guests, rear Backyard is restricted. Open stairway from kitchen and living room are CAUTION for safety, areas overlook stairway to basement. Keep door to basement closed at all times. If you are bringing along children, please be advised that the house is not entirely childproof and guardians should supervise their children at all times. By agreeing to these house rules, you state that you are aware there are steps, an overlook to the steps (if kids love to jump or climb this could pose a danger), and other factors that could pose a risk to young children if they are not supervised at all times. All persons are home must be registered, you may not have extra guests not registered for dinner stays or otherwise. Thank you House, patio and front and side yard only. Patio closes 9 pm. NO GUEST may sleep in lower level. ALL guests must sleep above grade level of the house. Couch in main floor living room is sofa bed queen size with linens in hall bath. I enjoy giving my guests their own space, but I am available via text if you need anything. Host lives in house nearby. House located in residential area, be courteous of noise. Starved Rock 13 mile-17 min, Skydive Chicago 2.9 miles, Walmart Super center 1.4 m, Interstate 80 access 1/2 m, Rt 23 is 1/2 mile, Kroger Grocery 1/2 m, Downtown restaurants 1.5 mile. Great Northside Ottawa location NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. No pets or smoking is allowed. Caution: OPEN stairway to basement from living room and kitchen. Half wall open from living room and kitchen. Also, Door entry to basement, Leave door closed to basement for safety. Patio space for guest, however, back yard RESTRICTED. Please be sure to read house rules completely. Outdoor patio closes 10:00 pm.
