Welcome to Laurel Hill Farm! We are a 38 acre equestrian farm and wedding/event venue. We offer a perfectly maintained 4/ 3.5 designer farmhouse off rte 85 just one hour north of the beautiful white sand beaches and emerald green waters of Destin, FL. Relax on our spacious deck overlooking our magnificent Kentucky style stable and saloon which hosts weddings and events throughout the year We also rent our spacious bridal suite over our stable that sleeps 4. Enter the estate through the gated drive to a large circular driveway in front of our equestrian themed farmhouse where you can see your horse at pasture- yes you can board your horse- or visit our mini donkeys and watch our horses in their pastures. Full master suite with jacuzzi, large bedrooms with private full baths, a gourmet kitchen with sub-zero refrigerator and chef stove, massive wrap-around deck with outdoor seating, living room with fireplace and formal dining room. The house divides the master suite from the other guest bedrooms, offering privacy for each guest. An open floorplan, the kitchen features full appliances and cookware overlooking the wraparound deck that has an oak tree growing through it and a comfortable sling chair to sit in and watch the sunset. Sit in the living room and borrow a book to read from our shelves, watch the large TV over the fireplace, or use the game room for a game of cards or chess. Master Suite: King bed - TempurPedic mattress, window seat overlooking deck and fountain, pull out twin sleeper chair, 42" Flatscreen TV, twin sinks, 2 person Jacuzzi tub, separate shower. Bedroom 2: Queen bed - TempurPedic, built in window bench seat, desk, standing shower/vanity Bedroom 3: Double - , desk, full tub/shower Bedroom 4: Double bed We have an onsite manager and an excellent handyman on call. Owner is easily accessible as well. Our farm is surrounded by acres of gorgeous Pecan trees and open acreage with horses, horses, horses!! We are located just north of Crestview and 20 minutes from the interstate. Publix, Winn Dixie, restaurants, a movie theater as well as other conveniences are just a few miles away. You need your own transportation.
