Brand new remodeled cabin at Washington Lake. All furniture, beds, bedding, dining room table, outdoor patio and bbq is NEW! We have 200 feet of shared lake frontage that is excellent for swimming, fishing and boating. Bring your boat because this cabin has a boat slip big enough for a pontoon. Enjoy the use of our golf cart for easy and quick access to the lake and our private dock. Our cabin is equipped with everything you need, just bring your swimsuit! Wifi, A/C, Smart Tv with YoutubeTV, Netflix and Prime, boat slip and dock, fenced in yard and new concrete patio with fire pit. Washington Lake is always calm and has easy access to Shawano Lake through a channel. We have a canoe that our guests can use. All appliances are new and cottage remodel was just finished July 1, 2020! Entire cottage with dock and shared lake front. All chairs at the lake are available for our guests to use in and out of the water. Plenty of parking on site. We provide beach towels and gas bbq. We have a golf cart for guests but we have strict rules that must be followed. We live near the property. If you need anything, we will bring it to you. We are here to make your stay enjoyable. We have great neighbors. Everyone is also here for a great and relaxing time on the lake. Most of us grew up on Washington Lake and have had their cottage passed down from generation to generation. Boats, kayaks and jet skis can be rented from American Marina in Shawano. The use of the golf cart is a privilege. Guests must agree to follow all rules prior to delivery of golf cart.
