You'll have access to a fully loaded theater room that has a 4k movie screen as well as theater room chairs that recline and have USB charging ports as well as LED lights, the room also has to surround sound. The popcorn machine and board games are just a plus. We have a fully loaded game room: pool table, ping pong table, arcade games, seating area we even included a kids area so it serves the entire family. Then there is also a 6 people hot tub as well as a full pool that goes from 4 1/2 feet to 10 feet in depth. As well as a screened-in area with seating both in the front and back of the home for handing out, an extended deck area with a loft net area so you can enjoy some fresh air and sun.
