It sits on a 30 acre private ranch. Santa Fe is 25 minutes away. There is nearby access to many US Forest areas, the Pecos National Monument, the Village of Pecos, and the Pecos River. Our well water has been certified. With Santa Fe just 25 minutes away and easy access to I25 you will have Downtown Plaza, Restaurants, Shopping, Museums, Galleries, MeowWolf, and all that Historic SF has to offer. The Pecos Wilderness outdoor activities are even closer and too many to list. Five minutes to the Pecos National Monument. Wildlife and bird watching are phenomenal from this cozy tucked away home which we affectionately call "La Casita Capulin" (The Little Choke-Cherry House) Come discover for yourself this newly available (remote yet close) getaway! Fly-fishing, hiking, biking, off-roading, Pecos Wilderness, Pecos River, Santa Fe, Las Vegas, ...and Albuquerque is 70 miles. Or head north 35 minutes for Quaint Las Vegas NM attractions. Nearby the serene Village of Pecos. Quiet! Host is on the property 100 yards away at the main house. Ready to answer any questions or address any needs. We are here for you! Except when you drive in, neighbors cannot be heard or seen. Hear yourself breathe and think 24/7. We cannot over emphasize the peaceful setting! You won't want to leave...well at least you can come back again:) Please be aware there are no groceries stores in the immediate vicinity. You can buy sundries in Pecos which is about 5 miles up Hwy 63 or stop in Santa Fe, El Dorado, or Las Vegas for groceries before your arrival. If you happen to have forgotten or need something; maybe we can help... We have some items stocked for a fee which we can bring over if you let us know. We also have Farm Fresh Eggs which I will bring up upon request @ $3 for 1/2 dozen. If interested there is a Native American historic site close by. On the property however are the ruins of a 2,000 year old pueblo which lay buried at the feet of La Casita Viejita...(which is our first Casita listed and is only walking distance away)...
