Cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 bath with fully stock kitchen, beach toys and beach chairs. House also has pack and play, booster seat, linens and air mattress. Private beach is 100 yard away! It’s rarely crowded. Property has outside shower with hot and cold water. Enjoy the view of the Chesapeake Bay from front deck of the house or both living rooms 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach cottage with outside shower and a shed full of beach toys There is a $130 non-refundable pet fee per pet that will be charged after the booking Entire house, outside shower and shed stocked with beach toys and necessities. Big yard with fire pit and charcoal grill Will respond within an hour if not sooner Small private beach neighborhood on the Chesapeake Bay. 10 minutes drive to great restaurants and ice cream shops. Very quiet place to enjoy the beauty of Virginia. House comes fully stocked kitchen, dinnerware for 8, air fryer and instapot. The house is located in the small family neighborhood. No parties are allowed Not more than 8 people in the house are allowed or at the beach. The beach and community is a small town community without paid maintenance or lifeguards. Please don’t leave debri on the property or beach. Please park by the 3-car garage. There are 4 car parking available House comes fully stocked kitchen, dinnerware for 8, air fryer and instapot. 12-cup round filter coffee maker and Keurig machine. Kitchen has everything you need, including air fryer, instapot and blender Booster seat is in the shed for your use. Pack-and-play is in master bedroom closet. Queen size air bed is on the kids closet. Outside shed has 5 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, kid beach toys and beach cart The front porch had beautiful view of the bay. It’s equipped with 4 Adirondack chairs. Side porch has a dining table with 5 chairs and umbrella to enjoy outdoor dining. Small pets are acceptable for a non-refundable fee of $130 and prior approval
