This Old House Boutique in Anderson

we are so excited to offer an adorable 2 bedroom home for our guests! we have a king bedroom, queen bedroom, and a back room with a full futon. this leaves 2 living spaces to spread out and enjoy tv, work from your space, and a giant dining room table with enough room for all of our guests to sit down together! within walking distance is our local pizza place, and a short drive to downtown for a night at Oakley brothers distillery or a cup of Jackrabbit coffee! our ceilings are high and our beds comfortable. we love this house with all its charm, and original woodwork, clawfoot tub shower. it does have an interesting layout with the main bathroom being in the master bedroom, so be aware of this as you plan who sleeps where! we also like to keep ceiling fans going to provide circulation of ac and heat alike, along with air cleaners in our main rooms with hepa filters that you may move wherever you like. we enjoy them as white noise to sleep. guests are welcome to be anywhere in the house except for the basement. we have coded locks for self check in making it an easy stay for anyone. you can relax on the front porch, do some yoga on netflix in the main living room, or get any last minute work done with our hi speedwi fi. we would like to note our full bath has a vintage clawfoot tub that is not equipped with grab bars. We ask that you do not smoke on the property I am easily reachable via phone or text. I love getting to know our guests and why they are here in our small town. please feel free to reach out, I am an extrovert! this is my fun project, so let me know if you need to know where to go around town. we love our little city and want you to find everything you need here. from running paths to the best biscuits and gravy in town our neighbors are delightful, so please be respectful as they live here year round. anderson is a home for many, and not a typical tourist attraction so please know that neighbors know each other and care about what happens on their street. no parties please you definitely need a car to take advantage of all our local attractions. We love knowing why people arecoming to our small corner of the earth. please share with us!
