This is the entire downstairs of our house; a daylight basement converted into a beautiful living space. It is a self contained unit for just your party, with its own private entrance. It is complete with its Full Kitchen, Queen Bed Room, Bunk room with 1 single twin bed, and a two level bunk twin bed set. Private Bath Room (shower), and cozy living room with a COMFORTABLE queen size sleeper sofa that can sleep 2 more people...if you don't mind tight quarters. The setting is in a semi-rural environment where many properties are 1, 5, or 30 acres in size, most contain luxury homes. Yet the quaint town of Anacortes for shopping, restaurants, boat docks, and island ferries are just 10-15 minutes away. There is so much to see and do here that you could easily spent a week or two and still be left wanting more time here. WEIGHT LIMIT of 350 lbs MAXIMUM. CLEANING FEE - For most parties, the cleaning fee we are asking for is reasonable and covers the actual cost of cleaning...and we get the HIGHEST MARKS for great cleaning from our guests. However, we've had a few parties that left the place trashed...6 hours of cleaning! We tried raising the cleaning fees, and then giving partial refunds to most people...it was a pain to manage and reduced our bookings. So we ask you to clean up well so we can keep the fee reasonable...AND EXPECT US TO ASK FOR MORE MONEY TO COVER CLEANING IF YOUR PARTY COSTS US MORE THAN 3 HOURS OF CLEANING. Kitchen has Pots, Pans, Sinks, INDUCTION COOK TOPS, Microwave Oven, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Grinder and ORGANIC Coffee, Full Size Refrigerator, Plates, Glasses, Bowls and more; it is setup with all that you will need for cooking good quality meals. NO OVEN however. Laundry room is part of the kitchen with a Clothes Washer and Dryer. Living Room and Kitchen are small. There is only 1 bathroom & 1 shower. If you plan to fill this unit to the maximum of 7 people be aware that it will be tight, but workable if you all get along well and cooperate with each other. There is a spacious cliff side patio with ample furniture to enjoy a nice meal and views together. Hot water heater has been engineered to provide ample hot water for 7 guests, even if taken back to back. NOTE: that the Sofa Bed takes up extra living room space when the bed is pulled out so it requires time and effort to pull it out and put it back away and to make and un-make the bed. Two TV Screens - 55 inch in Living Room - 22 inch in Bunk Room Roku and Amazon Streaming - NO Cable TV Deck and Patio with BBQ Grill are for our guests to enjoy! We do have two units and we don't typically restrict our guests from using either space, however, if you need to have some private time in either space we can work that out, just let us know. NOTICE - You will hear foot steps, voices, and kitchen appliances from above, this is the downstairs unit of the main house, we live above. It is a daylight basement converted into a beautiful living space. You will also hear some road noise in the bunk bed room. We have a fast road outside, which is sometimes surprisingly busy.
