We often have deers and turkey come by our house. Guests have access to all seasonal community amenities: 2 outdoor pools, 2 beaches, lakes ( kayak,canoe, fishing) , playgrounds, basketball courts, golf, recreation center, gym, ski hill (skiing, snowboarding, tubing, ice skating ). Additional fees may apply to avail certain facilities. Closest city is Scranton, PA which is around 35 minutes away. Trains or Buses from NYC or Philly can be taken to Scranton.
