Cozy apartment across the lake Algonquin

Come and relax at this impeccably clean and calming oasis nearby lake Algonquin. The public beach is 0.8 a mile from the apartment. The apartment is fully separated from the rest of the house (where I live with my son). The separate driveway and all outside features are private and only for apartment guests' use. It is ideal for a small family. You will enjoy the homey and intimate feel of this cozy family space with an indoor electric fireplace and wood-burning fireplace setting outside... The apartment is fully new renovated, with all amenities in the kitchen; small appliances, pans, and utensils, in the bathroom; towels, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper. In the spacious king bed bedroom is a toddler sleep play all in one, and computer -writing table corner set. Private Driveway with parking off the road, fire pit with sitting set in the front of the house/ side of the apartment, gas grill, outdoor dining table - all just for use of the guests from the apartment. For any assistants, you can contact me on my cell phone, and I live on the other side of the house. This upstate oasis is located right in Adirondack Park, New York's proud forest preserve, located in Wells, NY. Unlike most preserves, over half of the land is privately owned. The inclusion of human communities makes the park one of the great experiments in conservation in the industrialized world. As a result, you have nature's finest at your disposal. For instance, you can participate in activities such as: skiing at Oak Mountain (located 15 miles away), Gore Mountain (located 28.8 miles away), ice fishing, hiking, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, hunting, swimming at the public beach Algonquin (located at a 15 min. walk), kayaking, fishing, star-gazing, biking, leaf picking, wildlife gazing, horseback riding, and car ice racing on Lake Algonquin in the wintertime. Unfortunately, no public transportation is available in this area. You will need your car or rent one if you are coming from the airport ( Albany Airport is the closest one approx. 60 miles). Please be aware this is a rural area and the cell phone coverage is not very good, and only Verizon is cover in the town. Please make a note for yourself with the key code in case you don't have cell service at the house. The apartment is listed for 4 people but my recommendation is a two-person or small family, otherwise can be too tight for two couples or 4 people because the second bed is a futon full bed pull out in the living room.
