Walk to a coffee house and the best authentic Mexican restaurant in the area! No kitchen but mini-fridge and coffee station provided. 9 miles to Fenwick Island Beach, 10 miles to Bethany Beach, 11 miles to Ocean City Maryland. This cottage is perfect for a family that will be spending days at beach or group of friends that need an affordable place. - 3 bedrooms - 2 on the main first floor, 1 upstairs - No kitchen but we provide water, coffee center, and mini-fridge - *PLEASE NOTE* My son lives in the back section of the house with his own private entrance. You both have a lock on either side of the door. He is available if you need anything - Vintage hardwood floors - Living room with big TV - Sunny front 4 season porch - Full bath with shower - Street parking steps to the cottage - Walk to coffee house - Cute and Cozy Street parking steps to the cottage. The key will be hanging on the front door inside the porch. Please do not park or go into the backyard, that is a private area. 10 min down the road, our family owns a market/restaurant which opens every day 9 am-8 pm. Restaurant and bar open 11 am-9 pm.
