This updated unit has exposed brick walls, hardwood floors, granite counters and stainless steel appliances with a well stocked kitchen. Often used for wedding photos, and even for a commercial shoot, this suite has giant windows to let the sun warm the trendy furniture and the KING SIZED Nectar mattress. WiFi, Cable TV, a blow dryer, ironing board and a washer and dryer are available for your comfort. The keyless entry uses a code which is changed after each guest’s departure to enhance security. Guests have access to parking in the parking garage just steps away, and will appreciate the close elevator access to the suite for loading and unloading luggage. A bike rental shop is 1 block away for riding the Swamp Rabbit Trail (also just 1 block away), as is the bus depot for further distances. Restaurant and entertainment options are nearly endless in our gorgeous city, and you'll have access to the owners for our recommendations. **Note regarding Coronavirus** South Carolina has resumed welcoming guests to Short Term Rentals and does not impose a quarantine period. The safety and comfort of my guests is of the utmost importance to me. I've implemented the suggestions of Airbnb and the CDC into the cleaning procedures for my Professional Cleaning Crew, who have worked with my properties for 5 years. They have always been exceptional (see reviews;-) but will now be sterilizing after cleaning. For your safety, we do the following; *A contact-free, self check-in (I am also available 24/7 by phone) *All cleaning/sterilizing products in use are those proven to be effective against Coronavirus within 2 minutes according to the CDC guidelines. *Special attention is given to high touch areas (locks, remotes, light switches, etc.) *Both solid and porous surfaces (rugs, upholstery) are sterilized. Linens are laundered in Hot Water and detergent and completely replaced with each guest (as always). *Cleaning staff uses a mask and fresh gloves for each property. *HVAC system has high filtration MERV 12-16 filters, changed monthly (instead of every 3 months as is standard).
