Cleaning: Before each guest arrives, our home is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized for your safety and peace of mind. Perfect for vacationers, families, business travelers. Main Floor, 3 bedroom apartment. Comfortable for families. If you have children we have a pack n' play and a bin of children's toys (ages 3+), also children's dishes and a high chair. Overall we have 3 queen beds, an inflatable queen mattress, and a queen sleeper sofa bed. Blackout curtains and 4k tv's in each of the 3 bedrooms and the living room. The new Kitchen is fully equipped for longer stays, including a dish washer, and clothes washer and dryer machine! New bathroom with marble flooring, shower and bathtub. Access to backyard deck. Free private parking for 2 cars. (Use only spaces marked 717 or you may be towed at your own expense.) Walking distance to may great restaurants, bars, entertainment, and public transportation. Note: The maximum house capacity is 10 people. No more than 10 are allowed in the house and they must all be on the booking contract. Unauthorized guests, parties, events or house rule violations, will result in fines / fees and immediate cancellation of booking without refund. We value the safety and security of our guests. PET FEES: $50 per stay for 1 pet. $60 per stay for 2 pet. $70 per stay for 3 pet. We allow animals, but we must be notified if you have them even if they are service animals. Animals must not be left unattended unless they are crated. They cannot be left loose alone in the house. Also please clean up after them outside. So while you're here, you will not be disturbed unless you contact us. This newly remodeled beautiful brick apartment building was built in the 1920s in the Historic Cathedral District of Joliet. Almost everything you could need is walking distance. Restaurants, shops, and public transportation. There is a bus route 1/4 block away, which will take you downtown to Union Station where you can take Metra trains to Chicago or take Amtrak to a much further destination. Uber, Lift, and taxis are available. Therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. If there are any problems that arise, we will do our best to attend to these situations ASAP! For the safety and security of our guests and neighbors, the exterior of the building is monitored 24/7 by recording security cameras covering the front building view of the street, the side parking area and the rear deck and parking lot.
