Beautiful, quiet location with large backyard and a beautiful view of the Great Smoky Mountains. Convenient to shopping, attractions and dining. 16 miles to city center of Pigeon Forge. Knoxville city center 24 miles. Gatlinburg City center 23 miles. Food City Grocery Store is 1.9 miles. Nearby is Douglas lake with its amazing views, and incredible fishing. The moment you enter, you are greeted with warmth and coziness. We invite you to come and stay in my "HOME SWEET HOME". Home is easily accessible. No steep, narrow, winding mountain roads. Newer home, and is very cozy and peaceful. In a community but is very quiet and tranquil. Enjoy sitting on the back porch and watch a beautiful sun rise. Home is decorated with that shabby county style. 3 bedrooms, 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed. Only 5-6 guests allowed. Pool table located downstairs. There are 3 TVs with wifi. access code provided in the home. Charcoal grill. Back deck. No access to ground from deck. (deck is small and room for 2-3 chairs. measures 6x12) There is a swing under the back porch. This area is also the designated area for smoking. Please use container located on that area to safely dispose of your cigarettes. NO smoking in the home or on the front porch or on the back deck. Parking outside. No parking on the street per the Sevier County ordinance. Garage is locked and not accessible. Drive does have a short, steep hill that does level out at the bottom and has room for 2 cars to park. You can park at the top of the drive as well. This area is not flat land so homes are constructed on hills. Please be aware that there is a portion of the drive that is short and steep. NOT ADVISED FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES. I have made sure to include a photo. As we all know it is hard to judge a photo unless you are there so that is why I make sure if you rent this space you have been advised. Access the home through front door. Drive does have a short, steep hill that does level out at the bottom and has room for 2 cars to park. You can park at the top of the drive as well. This home is NOT handicap equipped. There is one step up to enter the home. No bathtub safety bars. You can view the drive in a side picture of the home. Access to whole home except the downstairs garage, which is locked. Located at the bottom of the stairs to the left is the room with pool table. I can be reached through Airbnb message. This cozy home is located in Kodak Tennessee, which is just minutes from Sevierville and Pigeon Forge. When you exit Interstate 40 onto the 407 exit you are just 5-10 minutes away. It’s 11 miles to Pigeon Forge and just 21 miles to Gatlinburg. You’re close to shopping, stores, restaurants, main attractions and also Douglas Lake. Nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. If you do smoke I ask you please use the back area of the yard where the swing is located. Please don’t throw cigarette butts in the yard. There is a pot located near the swing for disposing cigarettes. Home not suitable for people with ambulatory issues due to incline with the driveway and home not handicapped equipped. Please view how the drive is in the pictures. This home is located in the mountains and most homes here have drives that have some sort of incline to them. I have sugar, artificial sweetener (pink packets) powdered creamer, spices, salt, pepper, veg oil. I do set out 6 complimentary coffee Kcups. I have a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. The black cabinet in the top has kitchen items. There is a Food City grocery store nearby. I supply hand soap, dish soap, washing machine pods, dishwasher pods. You will need to supply your own bathing body washes and shampoos. I have 6 bath towels per bathroom and 6 wash clothes. There is TVs in the main great room, master bedroom and second bedroom. The third bedroom does not have a TV.
