Single Fam Home in Suburb north side of Cincinnati

This home was renovated in late 2018/early 2019, offering a sleek, mid-century modern theme in the common areas. We are following strict COVID safety protocol. There are three TV's (two smart TV), two equipped with antennas, and two with streaming apps. You will have all the appliances you need. All rooms are well lit. There is no garage, but plenty of driveway for multiple cars, and a fenced backyard with large deck. This home was renovated in late 2018/early 2019, with fresh paint, new carpet, and offers a sleek, mid-century modern theme in the common areas. The kitchen and baths were completely renovated in 2013. This home is uniquely designed with two large bedrooms in the back that both exit to the deck. The master has an adjoining bath. The third bedroom is at the front of the house, also large in size and includes a desk with a laptop workstation (equipped with monitor, keyboard and mouse). There is an open living/kitchen area with a dining table for four as well as a counter bar that seats 3. There is plenty of room to pull the table out from the wall (as in photo). The home includes all the staples (stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster, washer, dryer, iron, etc.). The home is equipped with a front door keypad with a new password between each guest for maximum security. You will have the entire home to yourself, although there is one closet and 2 dresser drawers dedicated to the belongings of the home owner. There are also a few bins in the bathroom closet, a kitchen cabinet and in the refrigerator with items belonging to the homeowner. These bins are all labeled. We are not on site at the property for any in-person interaction, however we are available via call or text for any of your needs! This home is in a safe, family community, although on a main road. It is a few doors from a local establishment for ease of a few drinks and a short walk home! It is centrally located for easy access to all Cincinnati has to offer! We are located 1 mile from the Kenwood Towne Centre with excellent shopping and restaurants, 13 miles (generally 18-22 minutes) to downtown Cincinnati, Paul Brown Stadium, Great American Ballpark, The Banks and National Underground Railroad Freedom Center, 15 miles to Cincinnati Convention Center, 13 miles to Kings Island, 12 miles to OTR, 14 miles to University of Cincinnati, 35 miles to Creation Museum, 10 miles to Sharonville Convention Center, 3 miles to Summit Park (and observation tower). This home is only a few steps to a bus line and easily accessible to Ronald Reagan Highway and I-71. This home sits a few doors down from a bar (for your convenience!). A light sleeper may hear them take out the bags of empty bottles at night, only if windows are open (from the master bedroom only). The property sits on a main road and across from railroad tracks. Generally a short train (about 6-8 cars) runs around 10am and 6pm, although occasionally it runs earlier than 10. A light sleeper in the front bedroom (not the master) could hear some road traffic at night.
