The Family Barn is a new, beautiful home.

This barn style house is nestled in the heart of quant Mendon, Utah. It has great mountain views and beautiful trees that surround the property. The house opens to a large great room with large picture windows perfect for entertaining large groups but cozy enough for smaller families. It’s a beautiful spot to enjoy nature, mountains, and the surrounding areas. The house is spacious and open. Our city doesn’t allow our Airbnb to be rented out for wedding. There is a shared wall on the main level with an APARTMENT with tenants the doors are locked on both sides so you will have complete privacy. The tenants are a retired couple, you may hear them from time to time or see them driving in/out the driveway. Our city has asked that we keep parking to 4 cars. If you will have more than 4, please let us know so we can have you park elsewhere. Guest have access to front and back lawns. The driveway is big, long and wide and shared with tenant apartment. I will be readily available before and during your stay if there are any concerns or problems please let me know. Mendon is a quiet country town nestled in the foothills of the Wellsville Mountains. There is a walking path a block and a half from the house. Also, mountain trails a mile or so up the hill. The town has a park with horseshoe pits, sand volleyball, baseball and soccer fields. In the summer, there is Mingos, a drink shack, and an icy shack near the center of town to quench your thirst. Mendon is close to Benson dock for easy water access for small kayaks/canoes and small non motorized boats. Hyrum Dam is about 20 mins away, with a boat dock, fishing, and a beach to enjoy. Logan canyon is 20 mins away, with many fun adventures to be had in. Bear Lake is about an hour drive from Mendon through Logan Canyon. Oneida Narrows, ID is about one hour from a Mendon, a great place to float the river. There is plenty of parking for cars. We just ask that you don’t block the driveway so the tenants can drive in/out,
