Newly listed lake house, nestled in the privacy of the woods. Beautiful year round! Recently updated with modern amenities and plenty of room to entertain, relax, and enjoy a private retreat! Lake access and private dock. Large bedrooms and common areas. Pet friendly! Perfect getaway while social distancing. Perfect space for families and smaller gatherings. Has a large driveway, wrap around deck overlooking the serene inlet and lake, large yard, perfect for a game of bags/cornhole and has an outdoor fire pit. Walkout basement and large windows throughout the house to bring in ample natural light. 4 large bedrooms and two bathrooms. Huge kitchen and island, perfect for family gatherings. Smart TV and projector in the basement, perfect for movies and football games. Bar area in basement with sink and fridge. Gas fireplace in living room. Guests will have access to the entire house. Wood burning stove will not be available for use due to safety reasons. We will not be available in person, but you will be able to reach us during your entire stay via the app! Three Rivers is a quaint, historic town with a lot of charm! The old main street has plenty of dining options, a book store, antique shops and more. All you need is within 10 minutes of the house including grocery stores (Aldi, Meijer), hardware stores (Menards and Home Depot), bars and restaurants, coffee shops, fast food, gas stations, a hospital etc. Our neighborhood is tucked away and private with friendly neighbors. You will often see deer and other wildlife. Getting around is fairly simple when using (Hidden by Airbnb) maps, but service can be spotty in some areas so it is recommended to put your destination in before leaving the property. Check-Out: - Please ensure all doors and windows are closed and locked - Please put all dirty linens in or on the washing machine.
