Our quaint urban farmhouse was built in 1890 and is a tri-plex. Your home will be all yours and includes a 3/4 bath, bedroom, kitchen and living room with laptop friendly workspace. Outside, it offers a covered front porch (with porch swing) and terrace with grill in the back. There are incredible views of Fisher's Peak and Trinidad both inside and out. Walk to restaurants, concerts, baseball games, trails and much more! Also features a new gel mattress and My Pillow pillows. we have a private parking lot around the back of the home We live very close by, and will be available by phone call to try and resolve any concerns or questions. We live just outside of downtown Trinidad and are adjacent to the Trinidad Junior College. You can walk one direction and be in town, or the other direction and view some of the most beautiful craftsman homes you will ever see. Our home sits in just the right spot to have an excellent view of town, and Spencer's Peak just beyond. Amtrak train station is only a couple blocks from our home. It's an easy walk if you come by train. We are 420 friendly, but don't allow inside. We offer a very nice private terrace in back (with a grill) plus a covered patio up front for smoking and leisure.
