Summer cottage that offers relaxing space and it’s walking distance to a Sylvan Beach. Across the street from the lake with lake access. Big driveway if you’re bringing your boat or kayaks with many boat launches along the lake. Oneida lake is the largest lake in New York with great fishing, restaurants, beaches, casino, shopping & more. Come relax & enjoy! It is all yours! There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms and a pull out couch in the sitting room. The sitting room has family games. The porch is large with lots of seating. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need & Kehrig coffee for your pleasure, plus breakfast & refreshments in the fridge. There is a very large family room with a sectional couch and a flatscreen television. Big yard with firepit. Close to beaches, restaurants, shopping, casino, zoo. This house is across street from lake with friendly neighbors. 30 minutes to downtown Syracuse, 15 minutes to Turning Point Casino if you want to take a ride further to explorer. Lots of boat launches around this lake if you bring you canoes or kayaks. Several marinas rent pontoon & fishing boats, book in advance, they go quickly. Three Pines Marina just down the street.
