All our spacious one bedroom units feature a queen size bed plus a sleeper sofa to comfortably accommodate up to four people. During your stay you can enjoy an open floor plan and a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven , microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, dishwasher, cookware and dinnerware. Also included is a private bathroom for your convenience. Other amenities include a washer dryer, flat screen TV and A/C. Linens included. Select units include a covered porch or open deck to enjoy. These rentals are located in the friendliest park, Big Tree RV Resort! Enjoy a heated pool, over-sized hot tub, or the catch-and-release fishing pond. Participate in the numerous activities including horseshoes, shuffleboard, billiards, pickle ball and more! Arcadia located on the Peace River offers fine canoeing and fossil and shark tooth hunting. Arcadia is also the home of three rodeos and is one of the largest groupings of antique dealers in the state. We are available in the office Monday through Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. during the summer months and on Sundays as well during the winter season. In the quaint town of Arcadia, our guests can stroll along historic, southern colonial streets and stop by one of the city’s many antique stores. To spend a day at a gulf beach, our guests can pop over to Port Charlotte which is located less than an hour south, or to Sarasota which is an hour west. You can also head to the east coast which is only 2 hours from us. we are conveniently located within walking distance of shopping centers, grocery stores and restaurants. DART is Arcadia’s own public transit system, providing inexpensive transportation to jobs, shopping, medical, and other services throughout the day. The service operates Monday through Saturday, beginning at 7:00 am. A pick up/drop off location in the shopping center across the street from our entrance. Arcadia is rural Florida -- quiet and peaceful and surrounded by cows and orange groves -- but we are just a day trip away from shopping malls, more restaurants and the hustle and bustle of the larger cities of Port Charlotte, Bradenton and Sarasota and less than 2 hours from Disney World in Orlando.
