The first floor also features bedroom two with a new queen memory foam mattress and bedroom three with new bunk beds (1 twin and 1 full). In addition, the first floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, a dining room and a living room. The lower level features bedrooms four and five as well as another living space, new bathroom with shower and a laundry room. Bedroom four is a jumbo bedroom with a new queen memory foam mattress, a full-size futon, a 40 inch flat screen television and walkout sliding glass doors.
