This is a guest room with a cozy queen bed and a private bathroom with shower and tub. A writing desk and chair with a monitor provide you with a place to use a laptop. The ceiling fan, bench, lamps, and closet provide additional comforts with storage options. Additionally, the common open space is yours to share which includes all the amenities of a modern kitchen, living room, and dining room. This guest room with high ceilings and natural light is tucked away in the historic town of Point Richmond walking distance from downtown cafes, restaurants, and shops. Convenient access to BART stations minutes away. Stay with Tristan, my dog, and me and enjoy the space with fragrant plants and open design. Kitchen Dining Room Living Room Balcony Garden/Deck I try to pleasantly interact with guests providing information and attending to needs. The neighborhood is at the top of a hill on one of the original streets in Point Richmond. Parking is free on my street and throughout Point Richmond. You are safe to walk around, downtown is less than half a mile walk down the hill. Views of the Bay, San Francisco, and all three famous bridges are a one block walk from my front door. At the bottom of the hill at Castro Street is the bus stop where you can take a bus into the East Bay or to San Rafael. Uber and Lyft are both available to take you virtually anywhere in the bay area. Three BART stations are within 5 miles of my front door. There is parking at the stations as well as bus service to them. Due to the COVID pandemic & cleaning requirements, I am unable to accommodate any early check-ins or late check-outs. If you need to check-in early, please book an extra day before your arrival. If you need to check-out late, please book an extra day after your departure. Thank you. If you are here for an extended stay, plan on removing all of your things, including belongings you no longer wish to keep & any accumulated rubbish.
