A combined living and dinning area with abundant natural light opens up to your furnished deck overlooking the canal and boat docking area. The second floor master loft provides a comfortable king size bed and a full bath with expansive views of this natural setting. A public boat launch is located within a half mile of the condo. A full service marina is located a few hundred yards down the street. Use of the complex's pool and boat dock are also included. Maximum boat length for docking onsite is 24'. Discounted weekly and monthly rates are available. Guests have exclusive access to the unit which is part of a two unit building within a small condominium complex. This is a non-smoking unit.
