Somerset Cabin Retreat (1) at Willamy Pines

Our cabin is located on 260 acres in Somerset, PA. We have pine trees all around the cabin and it is located next to a portion of the PA State Game Lands. You may experience camping with the comforts of home. The cabin has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/living room area and an outside fire ring to sit and enjoy the company of your family or friends. There are walking and biking trails. In the nearby area, there is shopping, skiing, biking, and close historic sites like Flight 93 memorial. At this time, I arrange a way for you to get the key and you leave yourself in. I am available by phone and would be happy to answer any questions but live 30 minutes away. If there happens to be any problems at the cabin just call and my husband or I will come. If we are in the area my husband or I may stop in and say hello if you are there. If you prefer to not have a visit from us please let us know. We are located in a wooded area on 260 acres just 3 miles out of the town of Somerset. The cabin is a great place to get away and relax or hunt. If you are interested in hunting we are located near the State game lands too. You will have the opportunity to spend time in nature and see some wildlife. There are a couple of trails on the property for walking or biking. There are also Laurel Hill State Park and Ohiopyle State Park a short driving distance away. There are places to shop, eat and tour. You may want to visit the Flight 93 memorial, Quecreek Mine Rescue site, or Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater. There are two other cabins near this one that could possibly have renters in. These cabins are visible but not located extremely close each other. Please see the pictures to get an idea of the distance between cabins. - There is a fire ring and wood behind the cabin for your use. - You must provide your own sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. I do provide toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, dish cloths, and paper towels. - There is a TV to only play DVD's on. No cable or satellite dish connection. - No air conditioning but ceiling fans in bedroom and kitchen/living room area. - There may be an additional fee if hunting on the property.
