The saltbox is hip and relaxed, with a large, spacious open plan upstairs featuring a large deck for grilling and outdoor dining and a living/dining area accessed by a spiral staircase. Please note that there is no oven/stove in the saltbox. There are four bedrooms: three downstairs bedrooms with patio access, two with queen beds, one with an antique full bed; plus a smaller bedroom with a twin bed. There are two full baths, one downstairs with a clawfoot slipper tub, and one upstairs. There is also a spectacular outdoor shower. Private parking for two cars is included. Block Island is a great getaway and offers bird watching, deep sea fishing, hiking and biking. 40% of the island is conservation land, so trails are abundant. There are numerous beaches ranging from sandy, family friendly beaches to the more secluded south coast beaches popular with surfers and surfcasters. Explore the main port with its cute boutiques and a variety of dining options. Block Island is accessible by plane (a short 15-minute flight from Westerly, RI) or by ferry.
