This 1939 multi unit home was purchased and renovated by my husband in early 2000. The property includes a three bedroom home, one bedroom apartment at the rear of the main home, and the studio in the rear garden. The studio shares the gate and the garden with the Permanent tenants, so be respectful of all the space. Shutting the gate quietly. There’s a table and a sitting area outside so feel free to use the outdoor garden area. You will find it located at the end of the drive behind the fence. The studio has everything that you may need if it is not there and I can provide it I definitely will. Included is access to space in the backyard to sit, eat and enjoy. For long term guests (14days+) there is a mandatory cleaning every two week of your unit, clean sheets, kitchen, bathroom and fresh towels. This will happen on the same day you checked in for every additional week you are here. Leave your Payment in cash of $40 for housekeeper. * please note If you have a special circumstances that doesn’t allow you to comply, please let us know thank you! This is a no cigarette smoking property, If you use marijuana, kindly clear all your butts. Be aware of smoke migrating into the windows in the adjacent apartments. Certified service pets are welcome for a fee of $20 a night, kindly pick up their waste from the yard.
