Queen size bed with walk-in closet and dresser! You’ll have access to the bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, washer/dryer and backyard. If I’m in town I’ll be more than glad to socialize, if that’s your preference! Close to Ruoff Music Theater, Downtown Indianapolis, Broadripple, Butler U, Fountain Square, Geist marina, Fort Benjamin state park and more! The neighborhood is sidewalked for strolling and/or exercise. Post office and shopping within walking distance. I have a small pet dog who loves to meet new people. Feel free to let him sleep with you! If you stay for over a week I reserve the right to collect additional cleaning fees. Please close and lock front door when leaving for the day and/or in for the night. Please leave your bedroom closed but NOT LOCKED! If Fabian gets in you won’t be able to get him out! You can lock it from the inside when sleeping at night.
