This bright room features a brand new, King size bed with plenty of drawers and closet space. Enjoy this room which has a brand new, comfortable King size bed. It also has a large closet and dresser with plenty of drawers. The windows face a large rear yard overlooking acres of open space where deer are often seen grazing. There will never be more than 3 other guests staying here and often times less, depending on booking demand. This home has been completely redone with new flooring in kitchen and bathroom, all new windows, and gleaming hardwood floors and more. (Many of the pictures don’t yet reflect those changes). There are no reviews for this room/home yet, but you won’t be disappointed. Large, fully stocked kitchen, living room with fireplace, sunny dining room, covered side porch, and a washer and dryer in the basement. We live right next door so are easily accessible. We’re never more than steps or a phone call away. Less than a mile from Walmart and Giant grocery store. There is the Montgomery Mall, lots of other shopping spots and tons of restaurants in the area. This property is very close to Route 309 and the Turnpike entrance. It's also just minutes away from three different train stations. The host will enter the home every few days to empty the trash and do light cleaning in the common areas. Guests are expected to clean up after themselves in the bathroom and kitchen. Only paid guests are permitted inside the home unless special permission is given from the host. Please be respectful of other guests who may be staying in the home. (There will most likely be one or two other guests and never more than 3 at any given time)
