Three bedroom apartment fully renovated in June 2020 including three bedroom, bathroom, fully equiped kitchen and living. The apartment is located on ground floor in a bi-generation house which has total of two apartments. The 4k smart TV includes local TV channels and Netflix. Enjoy living in this smart appartment with exclusive access to patio balcony and brand new pool. You only need your luggage. Thank you and hope to see you soon :) The apartment is fully equiped. You will have exclusive access to driveway parking (total 3 cars when 1 under carport). You can also enjoy the patio and pool as well. You have access to all apartment, patio, pool and driveway. The apartment has separate entry. I am available all the time to my guests to help with any questions they might have. All you need to do is ask! Joliette is an amazing city with lots of attractions and fun. You can enjoy being by the river, dining at one of our best restaurants or even shopping. It's a must visit city for all kind of activities. We are located in downtown Joliette with close access to many buses and attractions. You will have access for driveway parking up to 3 cars sedans (or 2 bigger cars) where 1 can be parked under carport. Not really and I am working very hard so that you can enjoy your stay at our apartment.
