East Ridge Apartments #4

This is a cute fully furnished 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. Great for an economical stay! This 2 bedroom apartment is in an older 4-plex apartment building. The entire building has airbnb apartments in it. SECOND FLOOR apartment This is an economical stay, in order to keep it economical I have not been able to spend big bucks on furnishings. Do NOT expect things to be brand new in the apartment. It is an older apartment with older furnishings. We do our best to have it clean, it is clean, but it is older, I can not change it's age. This whole building is set up as Airbnb units, this is the only of these apartments that can book less than 2 weeks. My intention with this building is to be more longer stays, but I do understand the need for short cheap stays, which is why left this open for shorter stays. Keep in mind if I am charging $50 for a single night stay, I have to have 17 nights booked for this to equate the normal "rent" for this unit. As stated above the $45 cleaning fee is paid to my cleaner I do not make any income from that. You have the full two bedroom apartment to yourself. The laundry room is in the basement and shared with others in the building. The laundry room is in need painting, which I am planning on doing, but have not yet done it. I am trying to paint when I have vacancies in the building. This building is one block away for the football stadium, so on event night there could be noise from that. It is also two blocks away from the public high school. The rest of the area is residential. There is typically lots of street parking as well as the parking lot to the south of the apartment building. This is an older building, I have done my best to make it a cute and comfortable place. But it is still an older building, so please keep that in mind! Some of the towels and bedding are older as well. They are clean, but there could be small stains. The towels sometimes get bleach stains from certain facial cleansers. This is an economical stay, it is not the Ritz! If you are looking for something really nice, I have New construction townhomes. This building is not new, neither are the furnishings.
