Summer Fun; Heated Pool + Amazing Yard + Games

Hi and welcome! The perfect summer fun getaway - It's a great location: ~15 minutes from the Beacon train station, ~60 minutes from the UWS or UES. You'll enjoy 3 relaxing acres, with a heated pool, huge yard for games, BBQ, hot tub, multiple firepits - and while indoors, a beautiful modern kitchen that you'll love cooking in. Walk to Fishkill Farms to pick fruits and veggies, or drive 5 minutes to the Appalachian trailhead for hiking or Sloop Brewery for drinks and great bar food. The house has everything you need for a great stay: Pool area w/ BBQ, outdoor seating, game room, gym, and a huge lawn with views + lots of thoughtful amenities - house slippers, toiletries, fluffy towels, and more. You'll have access to the entire house - Main floor includes 1/2 bath and relaxing front porch - kitchen has a coffee maker, toaster, water heater, ninja, sodastream, full spice rack, and the usual kitchen stuff. Dining room, living room, and family room with fireplace - plenty of easy Duraflame logs - complete the first floor. Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The beds all have memory foam mattresses, with Brooklinen bedding and duvets on all the Queen beds, and mountain views off in the distance for most bedrooms. Walkout lower level has a small sleeping alcove, full bathroom, home gym, and game room with ping pong plus pacman and NBA Jam arcades - Great backyard with a heated in-ground pool (open until ~October 1st), hot tub open year-round, BBQ, seating / eating areas, hammock and firepit, and 2nd floor deck for relaxation. (please note that pool temp can vary and no specific temp is assured) Entire house, save for one closet and a few cabinets. Garage and shed have storage - please only enter that space if needed. I'm generally available 24/7 The property is situated on a quiet and peaceful country road; you'll feel like the middle of nowhere, yet just 15 minutes to Beacon and just 5 minutes from the Taconic. Check out Fishkill Farms 1 mile down the road for u-Pick berries, cherries, and fruit (in-season) and many other wonderful local attractions! Please note that the basement bedroom is an alcove sleeping area but not a typical bedroom. There is a mix of window and wall A/C's to keep the house cool - Please do not rely on the pool heater to achieve any desired temparature; the water temp is usually comfortable through the heart of summer. The house is appropriate for families, couples, and quiet groups who want a peaceful setting in a convenient family-friendly location. It is not suitable for parties, chaos, and or loud outdoor noise. Fireworks of any kind or any size are not permitted. There are cameras and noise detectors on the exterior of the property. If you book: There is an additional lease to be signed. I will send it to you to complete and sign once a reservation is made on Airbnb. If it is not completed, reservation will be cancelled. It includes names and cell numbers for any guest above 18 (there are no unregistered guests allowed on the property at all), disclosures and liability waivers, and penalties in the event of damage and or noise violations/ disturbing the neighbors. Any extra guests, violation of noise regulations, and or partying, will lead to immediate eviction without any refund whatsoever.
