Chaney Farms/ Leaning Pines Cabin

Enjoy a getaway in this completely remodeled cozy cabin. It is located on a large lot to offer a private setting. It features a large open living area, master bedroom, open loft and full bath. Plenty of beds to accommodate multiple sleeping arrangements. We love pets and welcome your WELL BEHAVED fur babies to our home, but please approve with us before booking. You must clean up after your pets. Plenty of parking available. You are responsible for any damages. The front porch has three rocking chairs for enjoying the fresh country air and the sounds of nature like birds and crickets. You can also enjoy the outdoors by lounging on the upstairs deck. Hummingbird feeders are on front porch. There is NO WIFI, but there is a television with Dish Network. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc.. There is a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and coffee maker with coffee. Plenty of towels in the bathroom as well as soap, shampoo, hairdryer and iron. There is a washing machine and dryer that guests are welcome to use. We have laundry detergent and dryer sheets. We hope to make your visit as comfortable and pleasant as possible! Guest are welcome to roam over the entire place. If you like nature, there are deer, rabbits, birds, squirrels. Please watch also for other wildlife. (snakes, foxes, etc, as you will be in the woods) We have hummingbird feeders on front porch, so you can watch them also. BB guns are on front porch for you to enjoy. Please use away from house. Large pond to fish. Fish food in tote on front porch- you may feed half (black) bucket full once a day. Firepit in yard, but bring our own wood. Door code will be provided for your no-contact check in. Surrounded by woods. You are off the road a good bit. One way in and one way out. You will drive down a field road to reach cabin area. We have a large pond for catch and release, or catch a few for supper! Please be aware of your surroundings- you will be in the woods and may encounter wildlife. (fox, snakes, etc) There is NO SMOKING in cabin . If you smoke outside, please dispose of your butts properly. Do NOT throw butts in the yard. There is no WIFI at the cabin. You are responsible for pulling sheets off the bed and placing in laundry room upon departure; you also must take your trashbags out to the blue bin located on the side of the cabin. If you are traveling with pets, please bring puppy pads. Please clean up after your dog. Let us know beforehand if you will be bringing a pet. Do not allow pets on the beds, and place a sheet over couch before allowing them on there. Please crate them while gone.
