Located on beautiful Lake Conroe, complete with convenient boat tie ups right out wall of windows in the rear of the condo! This newly remodeled condo is located waterfront with beautiful unobstructed views of Lake Conroe. Fish right outside of the condo on the private April Point South boardwalk. Fold up chairs and fishing poles and some tackle provided for convenience. Enjoy family fun on the oversized common grassy area. Corn hole game, ladder game, floats with an inflater, all provided to ensure your stay is full of family memories! Two private pools for residents and guests of April Point South community just steps away. APRIL SOUND MARINA IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE TO GUESTS. YOU MUST LAUNCH YOUR BOAT AT A PUBLIC BOAT RAMP. BOAT PARKING IS AVAILABLE AT THE CONDO ON THE WATER. I HAVE A PRIVATE AREA ACROSS THE STREET to keep your trailer and/or boat in during your stay, boat docking and tie ups outside the unit. This condo is full of beautiful updates! Enjoy cooking in this chefs dream kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with basic seasoning, a Keurig coffee maker as well as conventional coffee maker. Extra large updated refrigerator, wine refrigerator, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, and baking ware. Also a full sized washer and dryer with laundry soap. Open floor plan with a large table seating six, a bar seating three, 3 newly furnished and painted bedrooms, all with 32" tv's and queen sized beds and sliding doors to a private patio/balcony. The living room also has a sofa bed couch, love seat and rocking recliner to comfortably seat six., a fireplace not found in most units, 52" living room tv with DVD player. Relax on the back patio, offering panoramic views of the lake. Sleeps 6-8 with three queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa. Just 20 minutes from The Woodlands which offers upscale shopping, unique restaurants, a movie theatre, and a great night life. We are pet friendly (pet deposit and weight limits apply) however, pets must be on a leash while outside and pet waste must be properly disposed of in the convenient pet waste stations.
