Fair Harbor has one grocery store, one restaurant one pizza parlor, one liquor store, one hardware/bike store. and & a fire house. The grocery store currently has sign up closing Oct. 18.. The grocery (Website hidden by Airbnb) the adjacent town Saltaire is open thru Oct. beyond that we'll hear. the post office is seasonal and is in Saltaire it closed last day of September this year. The Fire house has a public bathroom. There is a second public bathroom on Elm & the central walk that goes down the middle of barrier island appropriately called "central". There are no tennis courts in Fair Harbor no yacht country club or children's camps Town offers Swimming & Sailing lessons in Season,also movie nights in firehouse before covid. It is a part of National Seashore thus National park. No cars are allowed in Fir (Website hidden by Airbnb) island during season. House comes with working bicycles and a wagon. the reason house doesn't have co2 monitor is it doesn't have central heating It has wood burning fireplace and Elecrtric wall vented heaters.
