Newly renovated private suite located on the lower ground level. With private entrance and bathroom. Queen size bed can accommodate 2 people. Smart light fixtures and Electric sofa recliner for extra comfort. Light refreshment area with microwave, fridge, electric kettle and Keurig. Close to Northwell hospital and 20 mins to LIRR train station. 10 minutes driving to all supermarkets, shops, Great Neck library and Stepping Stone Park. Host is highly allergic to cats and dogs. No Pets Allowed! The place very spacious and newly renovated, sparkling clean. Strict house rules This listing is 100% NO smoking or vaping. No tobacco or cannabis products of any type in or on the property. Smoking inside the home will result in 200 dollars fine and immediate eviction without refund. Access code will be sent on the day the guest checks in. The apartment has one flight of stairs with about 15 steps. Parking Guest can park on our driveway (the side near the walkway) during your stay to make it convenient for you. If park on the driveway, try going up at a 45 degree angle at the curb to avoid scraping. Don’t park on the street in front of the house between 2am to 6am.
