We welcome you to stay at our private and tranquil home. Note: By renting this unit you confirming that anyone staying is vaccinated and all guests are COVID free. This is a spacious 2,100 sq. ft. home with a Downstairs Master, the remaining 3 Bedrooms are located on the second floor. Fully outfitted kitchen for home cooking. This is a very private and quiet neighborhood. We appreciate tidy, adult guests. The house typically books well in advance, so reserve soon! There is on site parking, in the driveway, for two standard vehicles. There is limited on street parking for overflow vehicles, boats, etc. Please do not park on the grass. Please do not block other driveways. The house is not child friendly, we highly encourage adult only guests. The first floor of the unit is completely accessible for less mobile induividuals; there are no stairs from the driveway to the entrance. The main floor master bedroom, living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room and rear patio are on one level with no stairs. Fully outfitted kitchen to meet your in home cooking needs. Private rear patio with outdoor table, chairs and gas grille. The house is not a “hunting camp”, do not treat it as such. We charge an additional $50 to dispose of any wild game or carcasses such as duck, goose, fish, etc. Front and rear of the property face the serenity of The Links at Moses Pointe Golf Course. You and your guests can access the entire townhouse. The garage is 'not' included with the rental; this is an owner only access area. We are available via AirBnB, during normal business hours, if you run into any difficulties, or have any questions about your stay. Please ensure all guests are vaccinated and COVID free. We are close to 18 wineries, 12 brewpubs and 4 golf courses. We are 40 minutes from The Gorge concert venue. Moses Lake provides ample fishing, boating and recreational opportunities. Looking for a winter diversion or ski vacation? We are within driving distance of 19 ski resorts! We are a quick 1.5 hour drive from Spokane, WA, or a scenic 2.5 hour drive from Seattle, WA. We are 15 minutes from downtown Moses Lake and 40 minutes from The Gorge Amphitheatre concert venue. For flying travelers, Spokane, Wenatchee or Seattle airports offer easy access flights. Alaska and Southwest Airlines are the most common regional air carriers. Being on a golf course, there are great areas to walk and bike. The community includes a private boat launch, dock and picnic area, right on Moses Lake. Inquire in advance regarding access. Once you confirm a reservation, we will send you detailed access instructions for the property, in advance of your stay. We feature contact free access, via a keypad on the front door.
