Walk to Hospital, PRT, WVU Football-Suite

We invite you to experience living in our home with all the family. This is the main master bedroom suite on the first floor at the rear of the home. There is a private exit to the fenced yard from this room. Walk-in closet, master bath with whirlpool tub, granite shower and seating area in room. Have coffee at Starbucks then catch the PRT, (person rapid tranisit) and visit all of West Virginia University or Ruby Hospital Complex all without a car. But if you bring your car we have parking too!! We have a new ultra modern home with lots of glass, wood and ceramic tile floors, high ceiling and private balconies. Rooms starting at $89 for one person and shared bath. Private bath and entrance for two for $99. Two night minimum. Flat streets great for walking during the day or at night. Walk to dozens of restaurants, bowling, grocery or catch the PRT and visit downtown and the public library. Creative Arts center host many social events. Catch a basketball game at the Coliseum. You can walk or take public transit to anywhere from us. The Morgantown Airport is a short taxi ride away. The Monongalia River and great fishing with an attached rails trail is just over one mile from our home. Our neighbors are great too we have lots of doctors and lawyers but some of the most prominent citizens are just door steps away. This is the most sought after neighborhood in all of Morgantown, We are empty nesters with a great home that we like to share. Come and try it out this weekend. Free use of our washer & dryer for our extended stay visitors. We provide the detergent too! Wireless internet in each room. We work long hours and may not be available to let you in personally but will give you the door code so that you can arrive at any time. If needed we will give you a tour of the area, a local map and directions to anywhere you need to go. After that unless you need us you may not seen anyone for days. If you're looking for a lot of interaction we may be too quiet for you. If you need to hire a guide we can find some one for you. You can walk to nearly anything from our house. The first thing you should do is get a cup of coffee at Starbucks and then walk across the street and experience the PRT, (personal rapid transit), for your self. It is truly a unique experience and a great way to see the town. The PRT, (personal rapid transit), is a ten minute walk or less from our house. At the entrance is the location of the Mega Bus stop with trips to Pittsburgh, PA and Washington, DC with connections to New York City! By making reservations in advance you could see any of these cities for just a few dollars in bus fares. If you wait till the last minutes to book you will pay a little more but it's still a great deal. Just look up Mega Bus on the internet for details. City buses run to all the shopping centers and malls in the area. This is a very relaxed family environment. If some clothes on the floor, or man toys In the living room, cobwebs on the chandelier, or mess in the kitchen bothers you this is not the right place for you. Our guests are mostly young graduate students.
