It is a 2 story log cabin that is comfy cozy yet spacious inside. Some interior doors are locked as they are for owner only Large yard, hot tub, deck, Grill Lakes, Ponds and Bay beaches! Pets $75 one time fee No smoking inside please No glitter in house please *Check out : 10 *Check in 5 pm but usually negotiable * We are located in a quiet area between Milford and Greenwood, with easy access to beaches, dining, & tax free shopping. The Cabin at Shawnee is the perfect place to relax and retreat, yet we are close enough to all the Delaware attractions , including Fair Grounds, DE Turf, Casino, Fishing, Hiking Trails, Beaches, Outlets, Breweries, Wineries, Museums, Cape May Ferry, Golf, Movies & Farmers Markets. Bayhealth Hospital Milford campus. Bike rentals in Cape Henlopen State Park, Lewes. Delaware is a birders destination. Check GUIDE for specifics. Guests have access to entire cabin. The first floor bedroom has 1 king bed with bathroom next to it. Second floor bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom be configured to your needs, with twin air mattress (2) and or pack and play. The hot tub and deck , as well as the front porch are available for guests to enjoy. Please see house manual in regards to Hot Tub. 5 burner range, oven and auxiliary oven. Microwave, toaster oven and air fryer Kcups, pour over and percolator for coffee Propane grill on back deck *Fresh herbs, lavender,to cut for cooking etc. Seasonal flowers you may cut and bring in. Vases provided There is assorted coffee and tea . Popcorn for snacking and muffins and oatmeal for breakfast. TV is in living room. Limited local channels, Peacock (movies,channels,live stream) Cast is available to use what apps you have on your phone or tablet You can use the fire pit except during extra dry weather. You will be the only ones using the hot tub or deck during your stay. I am easily reached to answer any questions or give assistance you require. Quiet time 12am- 7am We are located approximately 20-30 miles north of the ocean beaches. But bay beaches are very near. Fresh water fishing at Abbotts Pond and Blair Pond and Haven Lake are minutes away The log cabin is located between Milford and Greenwood with woods behind and across, but the street is busy in the summer Car Take out and delivery from local businesses and fast food. There’s a white binder with some menus. It also has my house manual with house rules - please take a look! Grocery store is at the end of the road. Redners and Food Lion offer curb side pick up. Please check my Guide Book - it has numerous suggestions for exploring, shopping, beaches, day trips, restaurants, sight seeing. Please ask if there’s something you want that you don’t see! I use all natural cleaning products that do not trigger asthma or allergies or COPD, but are FDA approved for covid cleaning
