Little long weekend cabin in Bobcaygeon

Don’t let the dilapidated buildings at the front of the property scare you! Behind them the property is nice and the location is great. We have a fire pit (bring firewood), bbq, parking for truck and boat trailer and we’re 2 min. away from Pigeon and Sturgeon Lake launches. Just across the street we use the retaining wall to access the water to float, swim and fish. It is a short walk to the Kawartha dairy, the famous locks, shopping, restaurants, groceries, a yarn store, a bakery and the beach. The cabin is tiny but it has everything you’ll need for a great getaway! It has 2 bedrooms with double beds & curtains for privacy (not doors) and both have ceiling fans. The main part of the cabin has a little kitchen with everything you might need however the fridge is a mini. The bathroom is 2 piece (the shower is in a separate building and is shared) There’s a couch, Roku tv, good internet and a small eating area. There is also a barbeque. Unfortunately the only hot water is in the shower, we boil the kettle to do dishes. There is a full bathroom that is shared. We only rent when we are on the property at the same time as guests. We are walking distance to everything Bobcaygeon has to offer. The Dairy, the locks, the shopping and eateries. By foot, car or water. No taxis, no buses. We do not supply personnel linens (Towels for your shower, a sleeping bag or bedding for the bed) The only hot water on the property is in the shower.
